4. Cold feet is often a problem, wear warm socks.
5. End your day on a low key. Avoid exciting TV and put off the argument until tomorrow.

7. A heavy supper is a problem. Fruit in the summer or soups in the winter make less work for the stomach; two meals are better than three for many.
8. Regularity can be important; have a fixed time for bed.
9. Fresh air in the bedroom is an aid, as is darkness.
10. If noise is a problem, ear plugs or a pillow may help.
11. Herb teas such as catnip, hop or passion flower help.
12. Melatonin is a natural remedy that has other benefits and would be available at health food stores.Many people find reading the Bible can be helpful, Psalms, Proverbs or John.
